On January 30, 2015, attorney Cadem filed an appeal in the case of In the Matter of the Child of A.S. and T.S.  Issues raised on appeal include whether Human Services provided appropriate services before terminating parental rights and whether the district court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law support the termination.

Obviously, the decision to terminate the parent/child relationship against the will of the parents and child should be one of the most difficult and most scrupulously reviewed decisions a court can make. Although attorney Cadem did not represent the parties in the underlying TPR proceedings, in this appeal, he will again demonstrate his commitment to making sure that the law is strictly followed and that justice prevailed.
